Thanks to our Middle School group for sponsoring our “Giving Trees.” This is where we donated this year:
Sarah’s Hope – An emergency shelter and support service for women and children. Take a tag off the tree and you will be asked to purchase items such as baby wipes, cleaning supplies, pjs, full size toiletries and various household items to help these women transition from shelter to a new home.
Transfiguration Parish – An cornerstone of Catholicism in Southwest Baltimore. We will provide non-perishable food for their pantry. Your tag may ask for sauerkraut, corn, string beans, peanut butter and other nutritional items to get these families thru the winter season.
St. Gregory the Great – We will be providing gift cards to Target, Giant and Wal-Mart for our sister parish in Baltimore City.
Holiday Fund – If you want to make a cash donation to support our Christmas outreach, please take one of the red Holiday Fund envelopes. Make checks payable to “CCSFX” and we will use the monies to help those in need.
