To sign up for a committee, ministry or group, please print and complete the form linked below.
To get the form to the parish office, you can mail, hand to an usher or staff member, or stop by the parish office Monday-Thursday from 9am-3pm.
You are always welcome to call the office at 410-785-0356 to let us know you are coming to an event! We can take care of the sign up for you!
